Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We take the products according to the list - they are all shown in the photo for clarity.
Step 2:
Peel the onion and cut into half rings of medium thickness.
Step 3:
Fry it in a saucepan on preheated vegetable oil until light golden brown over medium heat while stirring.
Step 4:
Then add tomato puree and ground chili pepper to the onion, mix everything and warm this mixture over low heat for a few minutes. You can take capsicum: wash it, remove the seeds and grind.
Step 5:
Add the red beans in their own juice, mix again and simmer for about 20 minutes without covering the pan with a lid. Do not add fire and do not forget to stir so that the mass does not burn to the bottom of the pan. Next, I will tell you about the last stage, from which you will learn how to cook a spicy tomato soup with beans.
Step 6:
Pour cold or preheated beef broth into a saucepan where vegetables were stewed, mix everything and bring to a boil with infrequent stirring. As a result, the consistency of the finished soup should be quite thick. If necessary, the soup can be additionally thickened with flour, pre-stir it with water or cold broth. Before turning off the soup, add a large amount of chopped parsley or other greens to it at your discretion.
After our soup is ready, we pour it on plates and serve it on the table. From the moment this recipe came into my field of vision, I wanted to cook it all the time. And now I have finally found such an opportunity, which I am very happy about. Its taste was appreciated not only by me, but also by my household, who repeatedly asked for supplements. Let's cook this soup together and share our opinion about it in the comments, as well as share our experience with other housewives. It turns out to be beautiful and appetizing in appearance, has a rich red-burgundy color. I hope you will succeed in the dish and you will be satisfied with the result!
