Ham and cheese are cut into rather large, thin slices, after which you can start preparing the dough.

Take the dough out of the package (it should already be defrosted), roll it out. The size of the test board should double. There were two layers in my package, which made it easier to work with the dough.

Each layer of rolled dough is cut across into 4 identical rectangles. We put a piece of ham on one edge, a piece of cheese on top. If the pieces turned out to be thin, like mine, then you can put two pieces each. Divide the ham and cheese equally into 8 buns.

Roll up the dough, fix the edges - rectangular buns turned out. However, you can give any shape to your puffs - it all depends on your desire.

Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, spread the future buns on it. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. At this time, lightly beat the yolk in a glass, lubricate our buns with it on top. Now they can be sprinkled with seeds - flax, sesame, poppy and any others. I usually sprinkle the ones that are there at the moment.

When the oven has warmed up to the desired temperature, we send the baking sheet there for 20 minutes. The buns will become bigger, airy and slightly browned.

Ham and cheese buns are ready and they can be served to the table, where, I have no doubt, they will fly away very quickly and with pleasure!
