Cooking method
Boil pork tongues in salted water. Remove (if possible) the skin and cut off the roots. All this can be given to the cat. The cleaned tongue is finely cut into strips. We cut the ham in the same way. Cut the onion into thin half-rings and passer in vegetable oil until transparent. We cut the champignons into plates and add them to the pan, where we have the onion ready. Lightly fry the champignons with onions. As soon as they darkened, it means they are ready. The onion was also slightly toasted by this time. Salt it all to taste.
Spread the mixed tongues with ham on a dish, put mushrooms and onions on them in an even layer, then cover with mayonnaise. You can sprinkle chopped parsley and dill on top, or you can simply decorate with twigs. You can also decorate this ladies' whim salad with slices of tomato or mugs of boiled carrots.
