Such balls look very impressive and unusual on baking, which is especially impressive for children. At the same time, it is not difficult and interesting to make such balls, so if a decoration for a New Year's cake is being prepared, you can safely invite small household members to help with this. They will be proud and delighted!

The advantages of such balls can also include the fact that they can be prepared in advance, and on a holiday just get out of the refrigerator and decorate a cake or other pastries.

So here's what we're going to do... First, we will need small inflatable balloons. Those will be perfect. which are used for water bombs. Inflate balloons.

Pour gelatin into a suitable container, fill it with hot water. Stir the mixture until the gelatin dissolves. You can slightly warm up the mixture if the gelatin dissolves poorly.

Next, we divide the gelatin into two parts and color each one in the desired color. Balls can be absolutely any color! They can be made pearlescent, shiny, matte and even multicolored. From above they can be sprinkled with various beautiful confectionery powders. Or powdered sugar, which can simulate snow. The balls turn out to be a really beautiful and original decoration, although inedible :) What children should be warned about.

If you need more flowers, feel free to increase the amount of ingredients, observing the proportions.

Next is the most interesting stage. We take each ball and dip it from all sides in tinted gelatin (it should not be too hot). Stick the balls on a fork (do not pierce, but just stick on gelatin) and leave to dry for 3-4 minutes. After that, we repeat the same thing 2 more times with each ball (until we get the color of the desired intensity).

We leave the finished balls to dry for 10-12 hours, room temperature. After we pierce them and remove the inflatable balls.

Everything is ready!
