Raspberry Tea

A vitamin-C-rich drink that's a must when the weather turns! And it's easy to make. I get sick a lot in winter, and my doctor has practically written me a whole book of folk remedies for every situation. Raspberry tea is most often used to bring down a fever — but don't rely on this method if your temperature has climbed above 102°F (39°C). Raspberries have this effect thanks to the salicylic acid they contain, which is considered a great antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. Raspberries and tea are used together to warm the body and amplify the berries' healing properties.
