1. To make cider, we will need soft fruits of the most acidic variety.
We sort out the pears, peel them from the seed pod and peduncles, cut the fruits into pieces.
2. We grind the prepared fruits with a meat grinder, turning them into mush.
3. Mix the resulting mass with sugar, put it in a bottle, add raisins (there should be free space in the bottles so that reactions occur and the liquid does not run over the edge).
4. Cover the bottle with gauze and leave it for fermentation (thanks to the raisins, it will start quickly).
5. When the mass begins to ferment, filter it through gauze, carefully squeeze out the grounds (we won't need it anymore), pour it into a dry container and install a water gate. We install the container in the cellar or in the basement, the main condition is cool and dark.
6. After about a month and a half, the fermentation will end, which means that the cider needs to be poured into clean bottles, having previously filtered and cleaned the drink from the sediment. We close the bottles with corks and leave them in the basement (cellar) for another 3 months, placing them in a horizontal position.
