Many women try to refuse sweets, because they are afraid of spoiling the figure. But they themselves secretly immerse themselves in sweet thoughts, for example, about some dessert or cake. I am no exception. Every time I cook some culinary recipe at home, I naturally immediately think about how this food will be reflected? Won't she add a couple extra pounds to me. Based on my not rosy thoughts, I try to cook as low-calorie food as possible. And so, in search of another masterpiece, I came across a recipe that, as it turned out, is insanely delicious and not as high in calories as many sweets. So today I'm going to eat pink jam with orange.
First I'll wash the oranges and dry them. I'll cut half of it in place with the peel rings, put it in a glass saltbox and cover it with sugar. I'll squeeze the juice out of the remaining oranges and pour them into the oranges sliced in the salad bowl. I'll let everything brew for about 6 or 7 hours. Because the sugar should completely dissolve. Then pour this mixture from the salad bowl into a saucepan. I'll wait until it boils and cook, stirring constantly for ten minutes over high heat. I will understand that the jam is ready when a drop of syrup, if thrown into a glass of water, rolls into one small ball. I did it, so I'll pour the jam into jars, close the lids. I'll put it upside down on a towel and cool it. I can keep such jam at subzero temperature for several months.
After all, how nice it is to get up in the morning, make yourself a coffee, toast and spread with such jam. This will definitely give you a charge of great mood for the whole day. Have a good day to you.
