Step-by-step cooking
To do this, take the ripe raspberries, gently rinse them in a large container with water, remove all excess, sort through berries.
Now we cover the berries with sugar and leave them for about 8-9 hours. After this time, we drain the released juice a little and put the container on a very small fire. After the granulated sugar has completely dissolved, add the heat to the maximum and cook for 7-10 minutes. After that, we leave the berry-sugar mass to cool down. When this happens, we put the jam in small sterilized jars with swirling circles or roll up these jars. After two weeks, jam can be eaten. Have a nice, sweet appetite! Don't get sick!
