Strawberry jam is loved by my family more than any other. I harvest it every autumn without exception. I am sharing with you the culinary recipe of this food. So, to begin with, I thoroughly wash the strawberries, separate the green stalks from the berries themselves, you can cut the berries in half. Take a large saucepan and pour some of the sugar. After that, we spread the strawberries and sprinkle it with sugar every time. In this way, we fill the container completely. Then cover the pan with a lid and let it brew for 8 hours. After this time, we shift the whole mass of everything into the container where the jam will be prepared, and put it on a small fire. Let the mass boil a little so that the sugar does not burn. After that, turn down the heat and cook for about 25-30 minutes. At this time, we prepare jars and lids. We wash the jars and lids, pour boiling water over them, and dry them. After the jam is cooked and cooled, we put it in jars and close the lids. Let the jam cool down completely and put it in the refrigerator or cellar.
