Cooking method
Crumpets with whipped cream will perfectly decorate your festive table. Also, these cakes can become a favorite treat of sweet tooth.
I found this recipe in an old tear-off calendar. My mom never threw it away completely, but left various cooking recipes and healthy recipes. As a child, I did not understand the importance of storing old and unnecessary things, which included these tear-off calendars in our house. But years later, even they came in handy. I have a family, children. I became interested in cooking various foods and collecting recipes.
So that's how these crumpets are baked with whipped cream.
Take the butter, soften it with a fork. Add flour, milk, flour, and a third of a glass of water to it. Knead the dough, adding a pinch of salt and yeast at the end. Leave him to rise. Remember and leave it to rise again. Divide the finished dough into how many parts. Form crumpets from them and bake at a temperature of 230 degrees. Before putting the crumpets in the oven, spread them with egg. After the crumpets are baked, cool them and cut off the tops in the form of a cone to place the whipped cream. To make a meal like whipped cream, take three glasses of cold cream, add vanilla, 100 grams of granulated sugar and beat with a mixer. Put them in crumpets. Sprinkle everything with granulated sugar on top.
Bon appetit!
