Step 1:
How to make a loaf with cheese and garlic in the oven? Prepare the products. Take a medium-sized loaf. It is better if it is yesterday's — such a loaf will not crumble when sliced.
Step 2:
Grate the cheese on a medium grater. In addition to hard cheese, you can take any other cheese that melts well — semi-hard, soft, such as non-salted mozzarella. The main thing is that it is delicious, of good quality, natural, without vegetable fats.
Step 3:
Also grate the butter on a grater. To make it easy, put it in the freezer for half an hour before cooking. Or, on the contrary, take it out in advance, soften it, and then do not rub it, but simply mash the oil with a fork along with other products. Also take butter without milk fat substitutes.
Step 4:
Wash the greens, dry them well and chop them finely with a knife. I took dill and parsley, you can use another one to your liking.
Step 5:
Put all the ingredients for the filling in one bowl. Squeeze out the peeled garlic cloves there. I used a garlic press, but you can also grate garlic or finely chop it with a knife. Mix the filling. If it seems dry to you, then add a little mayonnaise. That's what I did.
Step 6:
Make transverse incisions about 1 cm wide all over the loaf. Do not cut through it to the end, the loaf should remain intact, opening at the same time like an accordion.
Step 7:
Put the filling into the resulting incisions with a spoon, knife or just by hand. If possible, smear it on the surface of the pieces.
Step 8:
Wrap the loaf in several layers of foil.
Step 9:
Put the resulting bundle on a baking sheet and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 ° C. Bake the loaf for 15 minutes, then unwrap the foil and bake it for another 5-10 minutes until crisp.
Step 10:
Serve the loaf to the table hot. They eat it, tearing off the resulting pieces one by one. Enjoy your meal!
