We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.

    Let's do the glaze! add 2 teaspoons of jam to 100 grams of sour cream and mix until smooth.

    Put the finished mass on the cake and spread it with a spoon over the entire surface.
