Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, pour 1 cup of sugar and beat with a mixer until a fluffy light mass.
Step 2:
Pour in 1 cup of kefir and 1 cup of any jam, I used currant, homemade jam. Stir until smooth. Pour 50 grams of vegetable oil into the resulting mass.
Step 3:
Pour 10 grams of baking powder into 2 cups of flour, mix and sift through a fine sieve to the liquid mass. Gently mix the flour and beat it with a mixer until smooth.
Step 4:
Cover the shape with a diameter of 22 centimeters with parchment paper and smear the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil. Pour in our prepared dough and level it all over the form. We send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick.
Step 5:
Let's do the glaze! add 2 teaspoons of jam to 100 grams of sour cream and mix until smooth.
Step 6:
Put the finished mass on the cake and spread it with a spoon over the entire surface.
Step 7:
The pie is ready! cut and serve to the table. The pie turned out to be incredibly delicious and tender!
