Carols with cottage cheese and berries

Christmas presnushki, like in the old days. In the old days there was a tradition - caroling at Christmas. Mummers went home, sang festive songs, good wishes to the owners of the house. For this, the owners presented the carolers with edible gifts. Among them were such Christmas carols. The dough for carols was made bland, so this pastry was also called presnushki. I don't know why, but I was interested in this recipe and wanted to try to bake old carols. It is important not to over-dry the pastries, otherwise the carols will turn out too hard.
