It's delicious with apples, but there are other fruits, such as pears, they also look great in a charlotte. We have small pears in the Urals, so we take about 500-600 grams by weight. Be sure to peel the skin, it is rough in our pears and we give a not very pleasant taste during heat treatment. After a certain treatment, we bake a charlotte. It is possible with pears alone, or you can add 1-2 apples, gives a slight sourness and, of course, an incomparable apple flavor and aroma.
