Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the billet according to the list. Cucumbers are carefully washed, cut off the tips of cucumbers on both sides. Cucumbers are cut into circles, if some large fruits have a thick skin, it can be removed.
Step 2:
Put cucumbers in a deep container.
Step 3:
For a special amazing flavor of the billet, you can add fresh dill greens. Fresh dill is thoroughly washed, dried with paper towels and finely chopped or cut with scissors.
Step 4:
We send the greens to a bowl with cucumbers. Mix it up.
Step 5:
Prepare the mustard filling. In a bowl, pour sugar, salt, mustard powder and ground black pepper. Mix, pour in vegetable oil and table vinegar. Mix the mixture and pour it over the cucumbers in the container. Mix well and leave to marinate for a couple of hours. Cover the container with cucumbers with a lid to avoid dust and litter getting into the workpiece, and leave it in a cool place.
Step 6:
In the meantime, we are preparing jars for harvesting. It is better to use cans of a small volume so that after opening the salad was immediately eaten, it was not stored for a long time. I wash the cans with soda solution, sterilize them in one of the convenient ways: in a water bath, in an oven or in a microwave oven. Sterilize in a 1 liter water bath for about 10 minutes. The lids are washed and boiled.
Step 7:
Mix the salad again and lay it out in jars up to the shoulders, laying the cucumbers tightly, pour the cucumbers in jars formed in the container with brine.
Step 8:
Roll up the jars with cucumber lids, turn upside down, wrap with a warm blanket and leave at room temperature until completely cooled. We remove the preparation of cucumbers for storage until winter in a cool pantry or in the refrigerator. Bon appetit!
