Step 1:
To prepare a breast balyk, take chicken breasts, salt, cognac (vodka is possible) and spices.
Step 2:
Rinse the chicken breasts well, remove the films, drain with a napkin.
Step 3:
Prepare a salting mixture from salt, brandy and spices.
Step 4:
Roll the breasts in the mixture, rub it.
Step 5:
Cover with a lid and put the salted breasts on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for a day.
Step 6:
After the time has elapsed, rinse under cold water.
Step 7:
Pour water for 20-30 minutes to remove excess salt. Drain.
Step 8:
Wrap in gauze.
Step 9:
Pull the string and hang it on the balcony in the cool time or just put it in the refrigerator on the bottom shelf for a day or two.
Step 10:
Cut the finished breasts thinly and serve as a snack, make sandwiches.
