Strawberries should be chosen large and ripe, necessarily without darkening and spoiled places. In general, it should be beautiful perfect berries. Only in this case, the finished delicacy will turn out to be attractive in appearance.

Berries are washed under running water. We do not remove the tails. We spread the washed strawberries on paper or cotton towels so that it dries. You can wet the moisture with a towel so that the berries become dry faster.

Cover a large baking sheet with baking paper.

Now we will melt the chocolate. We prepare a saucepan and three heat-resistant bowls. You need to choose them in such a size that the bowls can be installed on top of the pan. Containers should be glass or ceramic. You can also use stainless steel containers.

We break all three types of chocolate into pieces and put them in separate bowls.

Pour water into a saucepan and put it on high heat, bring the liquid to a boil. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, leave the pan on the water. We place a bowl of white chocolate on top of it. It is necessary to make sure that the bowl of chocolate does not come into contact with water.

Mix the melted chocolate with a spoon until smooth. When it melts, you can move on to the most interesting! We take the strawberries by the tail, dip them into liquid white chocolate. Then we spread the berries in chocolate on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. So we do with the third strawberry.

Repeat all the same with dark and milk chocolate and the remaining berries.

Let the chocolate cool down, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour or an hour. After that, chocolate-covered strawberries can be served to the table.

Bon appetit!
