Cooking method
Latte is a drink based on coffee and milk. Italy is considered the birthplace of latte. The drink can be either hot or cold. In any case, it's very tasty! A cold drink is more suitable in the hot season, and a hot latte can warm up on cold days.
The drink described in the recipe is traditionally served cold.
1. We make coffee as usual. This can be done with a coffee machine, or you can just brew it in a turk. You can use any coffee you like. It is desirable that it be close to the strongest possible. But still, it is better to adjust the fortress to your liking. That is, the ratio of water and coffee can be taken at will.
2. Pour the coffee into the turk, fill it with water. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Then we give the drink to cool down a little.
3. In a cocktail shaker, pour sugar, squeeze lime juice, pour mint syrup. For a richer flavor, add a couple more mint leaves.
4. Shake the shaker vigorously. It is not necessary to do this for a long time, since mint should not be crushed, but only give its flavor.
5. Then pour coffee into a shaker. If the drink has not had time to cool down completely yet, it's not scary. Add a few ice cubes and pour the cooled milk.
6. Shake the shaker vigorously again, then pour the resulting latte into a glass. Of course, the drink should be pre-filtered through a fine sieve or a piece of gauze.
Serve on the table decorated with fresh mint leaves on request.
Drink with pleasure!
