Cocktails are very popular nowadays. Fruit, dairy, alcoholic and non-alcoholic - they are in demand at any time of the year. And it is not necessary to visit special establishments, a cocktail can be successfully prepared at home.

It will take a few ingredients to cook, but together they create an excellent taste. Sugar syrup can be used ready-made or prepared by yourself.

To make a simple sugar syrup, you need to take water and sugar in a ratio of 1:1. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan and send it to the fire. Preheat, stirring constantly, until the sugar completely dissolves. Then remove from heat, cool. This syrup is stored in a closed container in the refrigerator for 5 days.

1. Strawberries are washed, we remove the tails. We put the prepared strawberries in a shaker.

2. Here we pour a simple syrup and squeeze the juice from the lime. Energetically shake the shaker until the berries are completely dissolved.

3. Mint leaves are washed, add to the cocktail along with mint syrup. At this stage, it is important not to overdo it with mint leaves. You do not need to add more than 2-3 leaves, otherwise the drink will get a dirty shade and will be bitter.

4. Then pour vodka into the shaker and fill it with ice for 2/3 of the total volume. Shake vigorously again for about 15 seconds.

5. Fill a tall glass with ice, pour soda, and then the contents of the shaker.

We serve a cocktail on the table, decorating it to taste. It will look original with strawberries and mint leaves. But you can also decorate with a slice of lemon or lime.

Drink with pleasure!
