Step 1:

Put the onion cut into thin half rings in a frying pan heated on the stove with vegetable oil.
Step 8:
Stir fry the onion in a frying pan until golden brown on a high heat plate.
Step 9:
Add half a teaspoon of hot red pepper to the frying pan with fried onions.
Step 10:
Add one teaspoon of paprika to the pan.
Step 11:
Put one teaspoon of coriander in the pan.
Step 12:
Add half a teaspoon of black pepper to the pan.
Step 13:
Mix the onion and spices well in a frying pan.
Step 14:
Pour one tablespoon of sugar into a bowl with vegetables, then add three or four garlic cloves passed through the press, then spread the fried onion with spices.
Step 15:
Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.
Step 16:
Add one tablespoon of 70% acetic essence to a common bowl.
Step 17:
Once again mix all the ingredients well together.
Step 18:
Chop some greens quite finely to your liking.
Step 19:
Add the chopped greens to the salad bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and set it aside for a few hours.
