Soaked (No-Cook) Buckwheat Porridge

A simple, super-wholesome recipe for soaked buckwheat porridge! With no salt or oil, it's a great diet dish and a wonderful ally in shedding extra pounds, since it keeps as many nutrients intact as possible. This buckwheat is ideal for a quick 3-day reset when you need to drop a couple of pounds fast. On that kind of plan you can eat the buckwheat freely, drink plenty of plain water and unsweetened tea (green is best), and, if you like, some low-fat kefir (no more than 1 quart a day). It also makes an excellent side dish for lean meat!
