Eggs with cheese and garlic

Easy to prepare and cute snack with creamy taste! The recipe is good because it can be changed to taste. For example, in my family they like the combination of "cheese egg garlic". You can also try it, or you can dilute the taste with additional ingredients: olives (preferably green), fresh herbs, tomatoes, shrimp, pineapples, and so on.

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel them from the shell. And three on a fine grater.

Garlic is crushed through a garlic press.

Mix all this carefully and season with mayonnaise.

Such a mass is good as an appetizer both by itself and as a paste for sandwiches.

It is good to stick such "snowballs" to the New Year's table from it, then cool them in the refrigerator to keep their shape. Stick a skewer or toothpick into each snowball and serve as a canape. Inside the snowballs, you can put an olive without a stone. But it's for your taste.

It is possible to stuff halves of egg whites with such a mixture. To do this, grate only the yolks on a grater.
