I advise you to use my cooking recipe to cook a delicious meal - Kesme soup. This is a soup made of mutton and on lamb bones. Try it, it's a very delicious soup.
First knead the dough. To do this, mix flour, egg and salt with pepper. Mix everything thoroughly, knead, and we should get a dense dough. Roll out the dough into large pancakes and cut noodles from them.
Now put the lamb bones in a saucepan and add water. We put it on the stove and cook for at least an hour. When the broth is ready, it must be filtered.
Let's wash and clean the mutton from the chaff and veins. Then, cut the meat and fat fat into pieces, and onion circles, radish cut into thin sticks. Also finely chop the green onions.
Throw the meat and lard into a separate saucepan and fry until the meat is golden brown, and then add the tomato paste. Let's cook the roast for another 5-8 minutes. After that, add the radish and green onions. After a few minutes, pour a little broth into the pan, salt and pepper. Next, we continue to simmer until the meat is ready, and then add the whole broth. Bring to a boil and throw noodles into the soup. The noodles will need to be boiled for about 5 minutes and the soup is ready. Then add garlic, black pepper and the remaining green onions to the soup.
The Kesme soup is ready, you can serve it on the table.
