Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients. To prepare fried patissons, we will need: young patissons, garlic, flour for breading, vegetable oil for frying, ground black pepper and salt.
Step 2:
Wash the patissons, dry them, cut off the tails and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
Step 3:
Peel the garlic and pass it through the press.
Step 4:
Put the squash in a deep bowl.
Step 5:
Add garlic, pepper and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 15 minutes. Drain the liquid released after that.
Step 6:
Pour the flour on a flat plate and roll the slices of squash in it from all sides.
Step 7:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the squash. Fry on medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
Step 8:
Put the slices of squash on a plate. To remove excess fat, you can put them on a paper towel. Enjoy your meal!
