I don't advise you to salt it. The cheese is salty enough, and mayonnaise too, but if it seems to you that there is not enough salt, it is better to finish crumbling some more cheese. Bean salad with smoked cheese in 10 minutes! Believe me, if you speed up the pace a little, then 5 minutes will be enough for its preparation.
