Step 1:
How to make shrimp in creamy garlic sauce with cheese? First of all, defrost the shrimp. Remove them in advance from the freezer and leave at room temperature until completely thawed. If the shrimps need to be defrosted quickly, then fill them with cool water. Which shrimp is better to use? Royal or tiger clams are ideal, but you can also take ordinary ones.
Step 2:
Put the shrimp on kitchen napkins to get rid of excess liquid.
Step 3:
If you have shrimp with heads and in a shell, peel them. I used pre-peeled clams with tails. Be sure to remove the vena cava on the back of each shrimp. Peel the garlic from the husk and rinse in clean water.
Step 4:
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom. Send the shrimp to fry. Cook until they begin to curl into rings and acquire a reddish hue. Stir constantly so that the shrimp are cooked evenly. I fried for about 6-8 minutes.
Step 5:
Add a pinch of salt, finely chopped garlic, ground black pepper and optionally ground paprika. I added a pinch of nutmeg and hot red pepper from myself. Stir, cook for a few seconds.
Step 6:
Pour the cream into the pan, mix. At the moment of boiling, reduce the flame to a minimum and simmer the shrimp for about a minute.
Step 7:
Sprinkle with grated hard cheese, mix. Leave until the cheese melts. At this stage, processed cheese can be used instead of grated cheese.
Step 8:
At the end, add finely chopped greens to the pan. I had frozen spinach in the freezer, I also added it to the shrimp. Parsley or dill are perfect.
Step 9:
Shrimp in cream sauce with cheese are ready! For a bright serving, you can add quite a bit of red onion, cut into feathers or cubes, to the finished dish.
Shrimp in creamy garlic sauce with pasta or boiled rice are very tasty.
Offer them as an independent dish to a glass of white wine.

Cream for this recipe can be of any fat content, but remember that the higher the percentage of fat content of the products you use, the higher the calorie content of the dish will be.
Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
You can check whether the oil has warmed up well enough in a frying pan in a simple way. Lower a wooden spatula into it. If bubbles have gathered around it, then you can start the frying process.
