Step 1:
How to bake carp in sour cream in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Clean the carp from the scales and remove the head and tail. I use sour cream with 15% fat content. If the bulbs are large, then one piece is enough.
Step 2:
Rinse the carp well in running water and dry thoroughly with paper towels from excess moisture. Inside and out, sprinkle the fish with salt and spices. As a spice, I use a ready-made set of spices for fish. In such a set, all the components are selected in a very balanced way and pleasantly complement the taste and aroma of fish.
Step 3:
Peel the onion, rinse and cut into half rings. For baking, take luba. a heat-resistant form - glass, metal or, like mine, ceramic. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with vegetable oil and spread the chopped onion all over the bottom.
Step 4:
Put the prepared carcasses of carp on the onion.
Step 5:
Liberally smear the carp with sour cream and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. When baking, be guided by your oven and the size of the crucians.
Step 6:
When baking fish and onions, a little juice will appear and almost all of it will have time to evaporate. And the fish themselves will become a little golden in color. Remove the mold from the oven and serve the crucians baked in sour cream to the table. If desired, you can prepare a side dish of potatoes for them.

For this recipe, it is better to take not frozen, but fresh fish, otherwise the finished fish risks getting dry.
So that the mucous membrane of the eyes is not irritated when slicing onions, rinse the onion and knife with cold water. The cutting board will not absorb the unpleasant onion smell if you rub it with a piece of lemon before slicing.
