Step 1:
Prepare the dough! Pour 300 g of any jam into a bowl. I used Apricot jam. And extinguish with one teaspoon of soda Mix thoroughly and leave for 10 minutes to extinguish the soda.

1 beat the egg with a mixer and gradually add 50 grams of sugar.
Step 3:
Pour the jam extinguished with soda into the egg mass and mix until smooth.
Step 4:
Sift 300 grams of flour into the resulting mixture through a fine sieve and mix with a whisk until smooth. The dough is ready!
Step 5:
Bake a pie! The form with a diameter of 20 centimeters is lubricated with butter and spread the finished dough, spreading it with a spoon over the entire form. We send it to the preheated oven to 170 degrees and bake for 45 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick.
Step 6:
Cut the finished cake into 2 parts and let's do the glaze!
Step 7:
Prepare the glaze! Put 100 grams of butter in a saucepan, pour 4 tablespoons of cocoa and pour 4 tablespoons of condensed milk. We send it to a small fire and with constant stirring, cook until a homogeneous, smooth mass.
Step 8:
Putting the pie together! We smear the icing on the cut cake, cover with the second part and we will also sweep up the sides of the pie. We send it to the refrigerator for 3 hours so that the glaze grabs and the cake is infused. The pie turned out to be incredibly delicious and tastes like a gingerbread.
