Step 1:
Prepare the dough! In 250 grams of flour, sift 25 grams of cocoa through a fine sieve Pour 200 grams of sugar and 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder. Mix with a whisk until smooth consistency.
Step 2:
Pour 300 milliliters of water into the dry mixture and mix well. Pour 90 milliliters of vegetable oil And knead the dough.
Step 3:
Bake a pie! Pour the finished dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters covered with parchment paper and send it to the preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes, check the readiness with a toothpick or a wooden skewer. We take the finished biscuit out of the mold and let it cool down.
Step 4:
Filling the pie! The cooled pie is cut into 2 parts and smeared with apricot jam, I used about 200-250 grams of jam. Cover with the second part.
Step 5:
Let's do the glaze. Pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a saucepan and pour 2 tablespoons of sugar. Add 3 tablespoons of cocoa and pour in 40 milliliters of water. Mix well and send it to the fire. Bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. The glaze is ready!
Step 6:
Using a brush, we smear up and sides of the pie. The finished cake is sent to the refrigerator for several hours, But if you can't wait like me, send it at least for half an hour. The pie turns out to be very soft, tender, delicious, tastes somewhat like a cake. Be sure to try to cook this pie, you will be satisfied!
