Grilled prawns in a multi-cooker

Tender and juicy shrimp according to the recipe of Mediterranean cuisine. Usually I cooked such shrimps on a grill on an open fire or on a grill pan, these shrimps, although they were listed as royal, but they clearly did not reach the size. And I needed them for a salad, and it was not boiled, but from the grill. There was a multi-baker at hand, he cooks quickly, so it was decided to use him. You can judge for yourself what happened, but I liked the result and the taste. Who is just mastering this technique, feel free to try to cook and shrimp!

If cooking is supposed to be on an open fire, it is better to take completely raw shrimp of a natural gray color and, if possible, of the same large size.

    Wash the thawed shrimp, remove the head, peel off the shell, leaving the tail. After that, cut them on the back and remove the dark intestinal vein.

    Chop garlic, rosemary and thyme. I grind, adding a little salt.

    Put the grated gruel on the bottom of a wide container, add 4 tbsp.l. oil, stir everything well. Then lay out the shrimp, preferably in one layer. Add a little salt and sprinkle a little dry. spices for fish, I sprinkle a little more paprika. Carefully turn the shrimp over, and repeat the process with spices. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

    Preheat the electric grill, if I have a multi-baker, then first put a replaceable GRILL panel. The green indicator lights up, the device is ready for operation.

    Put the shrimp not very close to each other, close the lid /no need to snap/. Do not lubricate the panels.

    Prawns are cooked for 3-4 minutes. The truth is decently so "they are being cooked ", so buy much more. Their large appearance when they are poured into ice is very deceptive! And they turn out delicious, juicy and fragrant. This marinade is successful.

Fry the shrimp for 1-2 minutes if they are medium and 3-4 if they are royal. The finished shrimp are pink, opaque and almost half the original size. When buying shrimps for frying on a grill, count on at least 150 grams of seafood per person.
