Cooking method
1. The first step is to melt the butter. It is convenient to do this with a microwave, but you can do it in any other way. Let the melted butter cool completely to room temperature.
2. At this time, sift the wheat flour into a large deep bowl. Add salt to it, the specified amount of baking soda and baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
3. In another bowl, we break a chicken egg, to which we add kefir and pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
4. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry mixture, mix well with the same whisk. It is not necessary to use a mixer and this fact significantly reduces the cooking time and the amount of dirty dishes :)
5. Pour the cooled melted butter into the bowl with the dough, mix everything well again. The dough is ready.
6. We warm up the electric waffle iron, lubricate the molds with a small amount of vegetable oil. you can use a silicone brush at the same time. Pour out the dough in an amount equal to about two tablespoons.
7. Bake Belgian waffles until golden brown. In terms of time, it usually takes 3-5 minutes, depending on the type of device. Here it is worth focusing on the information written in the instructions for the electric waffle iron.
We decorate the finished waffles at will and serve them warm on the table. But they are also cooled down, by the way, no less delicious! You can decorate them with whipped cream or nuts, pieces of fresh fruit, berries, chocolate or maple syrup.
Delicious breakfasts! Bon appetit and have a good day!
