Cooking method
Take the oil out of the refrigerator in advance and leave it to lie at room temperature. Beat the soft butter with a mixer, adding salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Put the whites in a deep dry container, and add the yolks to the beaten butter, mix.
Now enter flour into the resulting mass (be sure to sift it to saturate it with air), knead the dough. If the dough turns out to be very dense and steep, do not be alarmed - this is how it should be.
Whisk the whites white, carefully put them into the dough (it's better to do it in parts).
Put the resulting dough into the waffle iron in portions (you don't need to lubricate the waffle iron, since there is enough oil in the dough - nothing will stick, that's for sure). Bake as usual.
Sprinkle the finished waffles with cinnamon and powdered sugar.
Have a nice tea party!
