1. In a mortar with a pestle, grind the dried onion with salt.

2. Cut the loaf into thin pieces and remove the crust from them with a knife. Slice the bread into cubes or cubes.

7. As soon as they start knocking, add another minute to the time and cook in the same way for three minutes with stirring until the crackers acquire the desired blush.
