Did you know that the most common dumplings can be cooked not in a saucepan on fire, but in a microwave? This recipe has several advantages: firstly, it turns out much faster (you don't have to wait for the water to boil), the dough of the dumplings does not boil, but the filling is prepared perfectly. This I would say "bachelor" recipe is perfect if you need to cook something in a hurry. And to make it tastier, add more cheese and mayonnaise. In principle, this recipe can be varied as you want. So, take either a deep soup plate, or better, if there is one, a clay pot in which a roast is usually cooked. For one serving, you will need 20-25 dumplings, which you put in a bowl, pour a glass of water, add hard cheese grated on a coarse grater on top, pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Put them in the microwave for 700-800 watts. Dumplings are cooked for 6-7 minutes. And once I tried to pour a mixture of cream and sour cream over the dumplings instead of water. It turned out very tasty!
