Cooking method
1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces, slightly larger than the soup.
2. Fold the potatoes into a double bag (two bags one in the other).
3. Add oil and spices. Close the bag and mix.
4. Put the potatoes in the bag in the microwave, turn it on at maximum power and set the timer for 10 minutes.
5. Transfer to a platter and serve. It is delicious to fill such potatoes with sour cream with fresh herbs.
