We send the onion to the tomatoes, pour half a cup of water into the pan. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat, simmer on medium heat under the lid for about 15 minutes.

    Then we grind the mass with a blender into a puree, the peel from the tomato will gather on the surface, take it out. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1.5 teaspoons of salt to the tomato paste. Stir and cook for about an hour over medium heat, stirring the contents of the pan periodically. Tomato paste should boil almost five times. Add 70 ml of table vinegar and cook for about 5 minutes from the moment of boiling. Tomato paste is ready.
