Cooking method
1. Wash the legs, blot them with a paper towel and put them in a bowl.
2. Add mayonnaise, spices and salt to the legs, mix well, tighten the bowl with cling film and leave for an hour in a cool place to marinate.
3. We put the legs in a bag, tie them, put them on a special dish, pierce the bag in several places so that it does not burst. We put the dish in the microwave.
4. Cook at full power for 10 minutes.
