Sift 3 tablespoons of flour into a bowl (we leave one glass), add everything in order as written, mix well and if necessary gradually add the remaining flour, the dough should turn out very soft, not tight (you can lubricate your hands a little with vegetable oil when kneading the dough).We put it in a warm place, as soon as the dough fits, we put it in a greased form (I cooked in a duck house) and let it come up again, we send it to the oven at t * 180-190 * for 35-40 minutes.
