Prepare the sauce first. To do this, fry the onion in vegetable oil, add saffron, stir everything well.
Carefully pour out the cream and mix everything quickly. Add salt.
Actively stir the sauce for about 3-4 minutes before thickening, reducing the heat to a minimum.
Cut pork into portions, chop it off and put it on a hot frying pan.
Fry the pork on one side, turn it over and while the second side of the steak is being fried, season the first with salt and pepper.
Pour the cooked saffron sauce over the fried meat and serve immediately.
As a side dish, it is good to serve pasta.
