Dilute sugar and yeast in warm water. Then add the flour and mix everything thoroughly. Leave the diluted yeast in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Add flour and salt to the dough, mix, add olive oil and knead a soft dough.
Put the finished dough in a bowl, cover with a napkin and leave in a warm place for one and a half to two hours. During this time, knead the dough once.
For the filling, chop the herbs and garlic with a blender, add olive oil and mix well again.
Roll out the dough that has come up into a rectangle, lubricate the filling over the entire surface and roll it up.
Place the resulting roll on a greased baking sheet seam down.
Cover the bread with a napkin and leave to come up for one hour.
Grease the top of the roll with the remains of the filling.
Bake bread in a preheated 220 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
