Step-by-step cooking
Dissolve sugar and yeast in 100 grams of warm milk. Let the yeast come up with a small cap.
Add the remaining warm milk, salt and 500 g of flour to the yeast. Knead. It will turn out a sticky dough. Add the remaining flour. The flour may go a little less or more depending on the moisture content of the flour. Therefore, the remaining flour should be added in small portions.
Finally knead the dough.
Add vegetable oil and mix it well into the dough.
Cover the bowl with the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place for an hour and a half.
Tear off small pieces from the dough. Make a small thin cake from a piece with your hands. Grease it with melted butter.
Roll the tortilla into a roll, slightly stretching it in length and twist it into a spiral.
Grease the bread baking dish with melted butter.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and put the bread to bake for 45-50 minutes.
