Cooking method
1. Pour apple juice and water into a saucepan, bring to a boil.
2. Squeeze the juice out of half a lemon.
3. Pour lemon juice into a saucepan with apple juice, add a cinnamon stick and clove buds.
4. Simmer for 1 minute and remove from heat.
5. Let the drink brew under the lid for about 15 minutes.
