Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. If desired, the amount of sugar in such a billet can be reduced so that it turns out to be more useful. But since sugar is a preservative, and its shortage in such a billet can affect its shelf life in the direction of decreasing. We collect ripe black currants or buy them from a trusted seller.
Step 2:
We carefully sort the berries, remove the debris and twigs, rinse well under running water and throw them into a colander. Let the water drain completely.
Step 3:
Using a hand push or a blender, we rub the berries until a homogeneous mass is obtained –puree. You can chop currants in a meat grinder. If desired, the berries can be rubbed through a sieve to remove the skin and large seeds, but it is better not to do this, since all parts of the berries contain useful substances.
Step 4:
Pour sugar into a container with berry puree.
Step 5:
Mix the contents of the container so that the sugar dissolves. We lay out the ground black currant in clean jars, close the lids, put the workpiece in the refrigerator for storage. Enjoy your meal!
The process of such preparation is so simple and fast that even the youngest and novice hostess can cope with it.
