Cooking method
From Margelan radish, with the addition of tomatoes, sweet bell pepper and walnuts, you can make an excellent vitamin salad. All vegetables are washed, Margelan radish is cleaned, as usual we peel potatoes, grate on a coarse grater.
Pour the grated radish with freshly squeezed lemon juice and mix.
Then prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel the nuts, break the kernels into pieces, but not too finely.
Cut tomatoes into large cubes, and peeled bell peppers – squares.
Combine the prepared ingredients in a deep container, sprinkle with salt and season with sunflower oil. It is better to take fragrant, unrefined oil for this salad.
Mix the salad, put it in a salad bowl and immediately serve it on the table. This salad is suitable for any side dish, and it can also be served with meat.
