Cooking method
1. Wash the plum and cut it in half. Remove the bones.
2. Put the halves of the plums in the jar in layers, sprinkling each layer with sugar.
3. Close the jar and put it in a cool place for 3 days. During this time, the drain will release quite a lot of juice. Once a day, a jar of plums should be thoroughly shaken.
4. Pour vodka into the jar. The vodka level should be 2.5 cm higher than the drain.
5. Close the jar again with a lid and put it in a dark place for 35 days.
6. Filter the infused liquid through a thick layer of gauze.
7. Pour the clear liquid into bottles, close them tightly.
Store the finished tincture in a dark place or you can immediately serve it on the table. By the way, the shelf life of the tincture prepared according to this recipe is long - about two years.
