Egg White and Sugar Eggnog

An easy-to-make, delicately flavored dessert — make it and enjoy! I unexpectedly discovered this easy dessert: minimal cooking time, maximum pleasure afterward! The well-known eggnog is made in many versions, and we'll make ours with egg whites. Take the choice of eggs seriously and wash them thoroughly — they should be fresh, and ideally fresh and farm-fresh.

  • Before separating the whites from the yolks, wash the eggs thoroughly. They should also be chilled, and the whipping bowl should be dry. Our main ingredient is the egg white: beat it with a mixer until foamy. Once it's foamy, add the sugar. Keep beating it all together until you have a firm, stable foam. Voilà! Your egg white eggnog is ready! Serve it in dessert glasses or wide-rimmed glasses, garnishing as you like. Bon appétit!
