Sprouted Oats with Raisins, Seeds and Milk

A delicious, healthy breakfast for grown-ups and kids alike! For your health and your mood! It's one of my favorite recipes — I make it for breakfast and for dinner in the evening. My school-age kids happily eat this morning dish; they never tire of it and even ask for seconds. Tasty and good for you! And you can top it with anything you like — different seeds, nuts, pieces of fruit, and so on. Even chocolate.
