Sprouted oats with raisins seeds and milk

Delicious healthy breakfast for adults and children! For health and mood! One of my favorite recipes is cooking for breakfast and dinner in the evening. Such a morning meal is eaten with pleasure by my school children - they never get bored, they also ask for supplements. Delicious and healthy! And as a decoration, you can add anything - different seeds, nuts, pieces of fruit, etc. Even chocolate.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 15 min

1. Wash the oats and nuts, seeds.
2. Transfer the oats to the blender bowl, add milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and pumpkin and sunflower seeds (leave a few seeds for decoration). Mix everything well with a blender.
3. Add the raisins and nuts (some of the raisins and nuts are also left to decorate the finished dish), continuing to mix.
4. Put the resulting mass into a plate, sprinkle the seeds, raisins, coconut chips on top.
