- Peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible, crush it with the flat side of a knife, and mash it with salt until you have a garlic paste. 2. Put the egg yolk in a mixing bowl, add the mustard and lemon juice. Mix everything well until smooth. 3. Add the garlic paste and vinegar and stir. 4. Pour in the oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. 5. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and pepper. Stir. Done. Enjoy!
