Caesar Salad Dressing without Anchovies

A silky, zesty Caesar dressing! Make it and taste it! So delicious! Sure, we don't always have anchovies on hand (or Black Sea anchovy, for that matter), or maybe we just don't care for them — but sometimes you really want a Caesar! So we make this dressing and enjoy a delicious salad with a happy grin!

    1. Peel and chop the garlic as finely as possible, crush it with the flat side of a knife, and mash it with salt until you have a garlic paste. 2. Put the egg yolk in a mixing bowl, add the mustard and lemon juice. Mix everything well until smooth. 3. Add the garlic paste and vinegar and stir. 4. Pour in the oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly. 5. Add the Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and pepper. Stir. Done. Enjoy!
