Chopped Beef Patties with Mustard and Starch

A hearty dinner for the family is no problem — make patties! I love chopped-meat patties, because you really taste the beef in them. My husband is crazy about this dish. I make different sauces to go with them, and any side dish works too. I like to serve these patties with fresh vegetables.

Add the mustard, sour cream, flour, and starch, and mix well. 4. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for a full day. 5. Stir it again before cooking. 6. Fry the patties in vegetable oil. Heat the skillet well and spoon in the mixture. Once browned on one side, flip and cover with a lid. Cook, covered, for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Enjoy!
