Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to bake chicken breasts in foil? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse the chicken breasts well in running water and dry them with a paper towel to remove excess moisture from them.
Step 2:
Pour a little vegetable oil into a separate bowl. Add salt and spices. As a spice, you can add ground peppers and dried aromatic herbs, such as dill or basil.
Step 3:
Then pour paprika into the bowl.
Step 4:
Peel a few cloves of garlic and chop them by passing through a garlic press or finely slicing with a knife. Mix all the ingredients together.
Step 5:
Thoroughly coat chicken breasts with the resulting marinade. If there is time, you can leave the breasts to marinate a little. And you can immediately start baking.
Step 6:
Place each breast on a separate sheet of foil. Fasten first on top and then on the sides. Pack it so that you can then quickly open the top, but at the same time, so that the juice cannot flow out.
Step 7:
Place the breasts packed in foil in a baking dish. For this purpose, any heat-resistant form is suitable: ceramic, glass or metal. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven. 15 minutes before the end of baking, open the top of the foil and leave the breasts in the oven so that they are slightly browned.
Step 8:
During this time, the chicken breasts will be baked in their own juice and will be well soaked in the aromas of garlic and spices. Remove the finished juicy breasts from the oven, cool slightly and serve to the table. When cooking chicken breasts in this way, they can be served to the table in a foil boat. It looks very unusual.
Step 9:
Supplement the serving with fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
